Preparing for the game of life
Listening is a vital communicantions skill,
especially for business, yet it is taken for granted that people actually listen and comprehend. A poor listener can easily misunderstand important things so the communication becomes inefficient. I am sure you have had situations in which people listened to you but misunderstood. In the article on page 30 you will learn how to become a better listener and improve your communication since listening is a skill that can and must be acquired.
